Ralph is a licensed Civil Engineer with over 20 years of construction experience. Ralph previously worked for the St. Johns River Water Management District where he was the Supervisor of the Construction Department for 15 years. During this time period, the District Construction Department completed over $250 million of water resource projects, which included major water reservoir projects, water control structures, and dredging projects. After leaving the District, Ralph became the General Manager for Blue Goose Construction and presently supervises Blue Goose’s construction and mining activities.

Luis is an Engineer and a Licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of engineering and construction experience. Luis is the manager of the Blue Goose Construction section where he serves as project manager and project engineer on large construction jobs. Luis is highly experienced in site development work including residential and commercial site work and large water resource project construction, which includes reservoir construction, levee construction, shoreline stabilization, and culvert and water control structure construction.
Darren Gordon
Production and Equipment Manager for Blue Goose Mining Operations

Darren has worked for Blue Goose Construction for eight years. Darren has managed several large jobs at Blue Goose including the completion of the Fellsmere Water Management Area (now called Headwaters Lake/Egan Lake), the FPL Canaveral Plant, the Haney Creek Restoration Project, and the Eau Gallie Dredging Projects. Darren is also very experienced in mining and presently oversees production and operations at the two Blue Goose mines.

Terri oversees invoicing and proposals for the two mines as well as the construction division.
